To be an authorized reseller of your company it will be necessary to register and open an account in your company's system. When a Reseller is registered in your company's Web page, and a username and password is assigned to him, his account is ready to be used and it will show a balance with zero dollars.

Your company's system is based on prepaid mode, it means that a Reseller will prepay a certain amount of money to have a positive balance in his account, this balance will be used to transfer funds to the accounts of his end customers or second level resellers, so they can have a positive balance in order to make phone calls or in the case of second lever resellers transfer funds to their end customers or third level resellers.

Resellers and end customers will be enabled to see a record of their account transactions on your company's Web page. Your resellers at any level will see daily profits credited in their accounts as the result of the phone calls made by their customers or those assigned to their own resellers.

Profits in each level will be the result of the difference between sale and cost price of any services and will be credited in reseller's account. These profits can be used by resellers to transfer funds. System will make an automatic daily transfer at midnight of profits earned during that day to the resellers' accounts.
